Rovinj becomes the centre of the best gins in mid-October
For three years running, the GinIstra festival has brought gin lovers together in Rovinj — whether passionate consumers, cocktail enthusiasts or gin producers themselves — and this year will be no different.
The 4th GinIstra will take place on 17 and 18 October 2025 at the Old Tobacco Factory in Rovinj, once again offering participants and visitors a journey through a world of rich flavours and aromas at a festival dedicated to one of the most beloved drinks of all time — gin.
This year too, local and international experts, local and foreign exhibitors, and gin lovers are expected to come to Rovinj to spend the weekend together in education and enjoyment.
We are delighted that GinIstra sparked such strong interest among exhibitors and the public as early as its first edition, which is why I now have the honour of announcing the fourth edition of this festival. Although the festival will take place in mid-October, preparations have already begun, and I can say that the richest edition of GinIstra so far awaits us in terms of programme and content.
