Rovinj will once again become the centre for gin lovers, great music and top-class entertainment on 23 and 24 October.

The fifth anniversary edition of the GinIstra Festival will bring two days packed with exciting events, opportunities to meet producers, tastings, educational programmes and major live performances.

Following the recent announcement of one of Croatia’s most popular performers and queen of entertainment, Maja Šuput, the organisers are proud to reveal another major name joining this year’s line-up. On Friday, 23 October, the legendary Croatian rock band Opća opasnost will take the GinIstra stage.

Returning to the music scene after a break, Opća opasnost will perform in Rovinj with their new frontman Zoran Mišić, one of Croatia’s most recognisable rock voices. Audiences can look forward to an evening filled with emotion, energy and timeless hits that have brought together generations of fans for decades.

Since its first edition, GinIstra has grown into one of the region’s most recognised events dedicated to gin culture, bringing together producers, distributors, hospitality professionals and gin enthusiasts from Croatia and abroad.

Over the years, the festival has become an essential meeting point for the industry, as well as an attractive destination for visitors looking for high-quality experiences, education and entertainment.

Alongside a rich selection of distilleries, premium cocktails, professional workshops, masterclasses and business networking opportunities, this year’s fifth anniversary edition will also feature the festival’s most extensive music programme to date.

Tickets are already available through the official sales channels and include admission to the festival, tastings, lectures and masterclasses, concerts, as well as access to all festival activities and content.
